Meet the Founder
Leilani Romero
In 2022, I founded Leilani Design House LLC, a marketing and design studio based in Leesburg, Virginia. For the last couple of years, I’ve been serving businesses as a Chief Marketing Officer, offering marketing, graphic design, and consulting services for small and medium local businesses. I specialize in creative branding here in Northern Virginia with a focus on handmade elements. With 10+ years of experience in the marketing field - I’ve worked in the tech, gov-con, and non-profit spaces. Over the years, I’ve learned so much working closely with senior leadership and business development teams creating sales, board, and company wide materials such as keynotes, product roadmaps, pitch decks, company overviews and more+. I’ve managed creative design teams, mentored developing professionals and led initiatives from early on in my career. I’ve always believed in out-of-the-box thinking, and coming up with new brand pitches was my favorite part of the job. Flash forward, and I’ve taken the leap to owning my very own business!
Personal Life
With Puertorican heritage, I was born in Hawaii and moved around as a military child. I went to George Mason University, where I met my college sweetheart and now husband. Over a decade later, we’ve made Virginia our forever home, living with our two dogs in our beautiful Leesburg house.
Fun Facts
Bilingual speaker, coffee lover, won my very first art contest at the age of 5 (it was a painting of a turtle!)
Favorite hobby or activity
When I’m not working or spending time with friends and family, I love having fun with arts and crafts, watching movies, gardening, knitting, oil painting, and interior decoration for my own home!
Favorite thing about living/working in Loudoun
I love Loudoun County for both home and work life. It is such a beautiful place to be for families, but what I love most is its diversity and wonderful business community. I love that I work with people from all sorts of backgrounds and cultures. Loudoun is such a welcoming place that offers a lovely small town feel, while also being close to the city and tech spaces.

Technology
All of our creative work is designed using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Procreate on apple products. Our designs are original, handmade, and not AI. All brand marks are created by hand then constructed using Adobe Illustrator.
